Through practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga, Soothify offers a compassionate path to healing and transformation.
This is a hybrid 7 week program that includes virtual yoga classes on Tuesday evenings, in person breathwork facilitation and Rapid Eye Technology classes on Friday nights for two hours, and 20 minute check ins to do mindfulness or tapping in between.

This is a dance without form, steps or choreography where you are free to surrender to the natural flow of your body. Without judgement. Feel the sweet liberation of movement as you are embraced within this safe, nurturing container. This is a dance with your soul where you’re safe to be messy, to allow your body to tell a story, to feel, to remember, to let go and allow the medicine of music to release you from your mind and into your essence!
Be strange, be wild, be joyful, be still, be awkward, just BE.
The small group setting helps us feel more connected to those sharing the space, allowing us to feel more comfortable and at ease, to dance freely, and just be.
Alchemy Free Flow begins with a gentle guided warm up and trusts your intuition to take you from there to wherever you need to go on your journey.
